Spearheaded by His Royal Majesty Nii Nikoi Olai Amashie III (Paramount Chief, Asere Traditional Council) and warmly hosted by Mayor Adrian O. Mapp (Mayor of Plainfield, New Jersey), this summit represents a powerful collaboration aimed at fostering global connections, business opportunities, and cultural exchange. Supported by esteemed institutions including the National House of Chiefs, the Office of the President (Diaspora Affairs), and the Ghana Tourism Authority, the summit offers a unique platform to experience the spirit of Homowo on a global stage.

The Homowo Festival, meaning “hooting at hunger”, is a time of thanksgiving, unity, and joy. This year, the Asere Traditional Council extends the celebration to our diaspora community, sharing drumming, dancing, and the sprinkling of kpokpoi with friends and family in the United States.
